PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 28-04-2026

This Payment & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments are accepted and refunds are processed by Hita Soft Systems.

1.PAYMENT TERMS

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
  • Prices are exclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments must be made through approved methods:
    • Bank Transfer
    • UPI / Online Payment (if enabled)
  • Orders will be confirmed only after full or agreed advance payment is received.

2.ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Once payment is received, an order confirmation will be shared via email or phone.
  • For custom or bulk orders, a formal quotation and approval is required before processing.

3.REFUND POLICY

a) General Policy

  • Products once sold are non-refundable, except in cases of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Damage during delivery

b) Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

  • The product is defective upon delivery
  • The product received is incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

c) Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Improper installation or usage
  • Electrical damage due to voltage fluctuations or external causes
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Customized or made-to-order products

4.REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • Eligible defective products will be repaired or replaced based on technical evaluation.
  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

5.INSPECTION PROCESS

  • All refund/replacement requests are subject to verification by our technical team.
  • Customers may be required to:
    • Share photos/videos of the issue
    • Return the product for inspection

6.SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect.

7.REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.

8.CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • For custom orders, cancellation may not be permitted after production has started.

9.FRAUD PREVENTION

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions.
